Each Crawshaws Creations pet portrait is hand-painted to order, using your chosen photograph and created specifically for you and your pet. Because of the personalised and handmade nature of each piece, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

I want you to absolutely love your artwork, though, so if there’s any issue whatsoever with your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’m always happy to chat through what’s happened and see what we can do to help.

Something not quite right?

If your artwork arrives damaged, there’s a problem with your order, or you have any concerns about your finished piece, please contact me as soon as possible with your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

I’ll always do my best to resolve things fairly and find a suitable solution.

Please note: As every portrait is individually hand-painted and made to your specifications, slight variations from your reference photograph are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
